finally, friday night S and I made it down to Grafton House and Trinity. Literally a two second walk, trinity is one of the 'best local' restaurants in London by Time Out. As I love Time out and consider it the 'bible' for London everything - I take their word when they say its fabulous. It's considered the place to go when you don't want to be seem but still want good food - and it delivered. My mouth still salivates at my truffle and cauliflower soup, cod, and chocolate dessert. top it off with a good red wine, pre dinner cocktails (passionfruit daquiri = to die for), and good conversation with the flatmate made a lovely civilized friday night.
