Saturday was a day trip to Bath. Due to some interesting muscle developments on my shoulder (that will result in physio), L and I decided to take in some of the healing properties of the thermal baths of Bath. A tiny town - but honestly the spa was fantastic. It was a definite SATC moment (but in the English countryside) when L and I decided to have two luxurious hours at the roof-top pool with pressurized waterfall floating with the blue floaties.It made a good first trip for L and really the pampering I so needed! Now its back to work, stress and very tense and twisted shoulder muscles. ugh. Above picture is the pool, below the pool view.
