Missing cheese

As part of the new weight loss mantra (dull I know), I've given up cheese until Feb 14. After that time, I'm allowed cheese within a meal (i.e. spinach and cheese ravoli) until Easter because when I gave up cheese, I backhandly gave up pasta. And I really didn't want to give that up. However, the cravings are growing higher and higher for cornish brie. It's mild, smooth and delicious with water crackers or rice crackers. Thankfully, my flat mate has also given up cheese - and has motivated me not to give in.
