At the beginning of May 2010, I took L2 to Scotland. It involved long walks, castle adventures and visiting an entirely underground city. Edinburgh was, in short, amazing. Key thing to do - read One Day by David Nicholls while visiting the city. If that doesn't inspire you to climb Arthur's Seat, I dub you officially insane.
